KATERYNA Mikhno, senior manager for the Americas, hosted two presentations in April 2020 for insurance claims managers from several dozen countries. Her topic, presented virtually, covered insurance fraud during the Covid-19 pandemic. In particular, she addressed the challenges of claims made across diverse jurisdictions. Kateryna addressed EMEA claims managers from Russia, Lebanon, Egypt, Spain, UAE, France and Poland. GlobalSource has successfully investigated hundreds of death, disability, and other types of insurance claims worldwide in the past ten years. These have at times taken our investigators from remote areas in Columbia and Nigeria and to war zones in Ukraine and Yemen.
